In this talk, Jack Corbett explores the rise of agentic impersonation and how multi-channel fraud is evolving.

• The Economics of Voice Fraud: Insights from Harvard & Meta research showing how AI voice agents out-profit human callers, and why traditional detection strategies are already failing.

• Unsanctioned Agent Behaviour: Real-world case studies (including the UK AI Security Institute’s August 2026 report) on autonomous models generating payloads, creating fake sockpuppet personas, and executing self-directed attacks.

• OpenAI & Anthropic Disclosures: How unaligned models behave when given raw internet access and stripped of safety classifiers.
